1st week of reservist is over . . .
Hi all...dun really hav a chance to post anything hahaha...was in army camp last week. I was serving my reservist. Two more weeks to go. Nothing really special actually. I report to Nee Soon camp on Tuesday morning. On Wednesday, was told to report to Clementi Camp and there is where I am going to stay for the next 3 weeks.
Basically, on Thursday and Friday, I was suppose to sit for my rifle shooting test. It was a really sad occasion. I was really dying to get Marksmanship for the test. Altogether, I was given 15 bullets for the day shoot and another 15 for the night shoot. To pass, I am allowed to miss 14 bullets but to get marksmanship, I can only miss 6.
During the day shoot, I got the highest score in my company. I only miss 1 bullet. But during the nite shoot, its kinda impossible to see the target in the dark. I hit most of it but I think I missed some. So my total points is not high enough to get Marksmanship. So saddddddddd...
But the good news is, I am among the best shooters in my company. Well, will try again next year. I believe, the next one, I will be getting the Marksmanship.
Ok...thats all for this week. Will be goign back to camp tomorrow morning. Will update this blog again next weekend.

SDMA . . .Finally its over
Hi all...was too tired to post anyting on Friday and Saturday. So today, the posts will be for Friday and Saturday too.
Friday was fun. Spent the whole day with my Media Tech Club students. Its their final day to finish up their SDMA project. So far, everyting is right on track. I can see some potential in their works. Hope we win our school an award. That's gonna be my last contribution to the school before I leave tomorrow.
I was in-charged of the group doing a documentary about Heart Disease. Its really fun doing all the planning and filming with them. I believed I made the right choice in choosing these 2 teams. Fazirah was great as a host for the talk show. Qhumairah and Erinda handled the equipments well. Eunice was good with the storyboard drawing and together with Nadya, they directed the whole show well. Good job girls...really proud of you. Great team work. At 4pm, its time for them to leave. I just need to prepare the paperwork for them for submission. Its kinda sad cuz its gonna be my last time seeing them. Will update you all when I noe which school I am going to.
Saturday was not bad. Was at home the whole day. Did some reading., played guitar and watched dvd. At night, went to Johor to lepak with my friends Gaffar and Zul. It was really fun hahaha...we hang out, chatted and gossip all nite long. Reached home at around 4am, continue my reading till 6am and fell asleep.
Today, hahaha...just stayed home and spend time with my novel. Just finished preparing the submission paperwork for the SDMA project submission. Tomorrow, gonna drop by MOE to submit them. Tomorrow is my last day in West Grove. Really really really sad to leave all my friends and students hahaha...To my media tech students, all the best guys. Hope you enjoy ur 2009...

I am proud of all of you . . .
Today, I was having a meet up with the teams going for SDMA. They will be working on their video production project. So far, the team's work look promising and I really hope we can win an award. At around 12pm, my P6 students came to Lab 3 to share their results. Some were damn happy. Nadia was damn happy cuz she's getting a laptop hahaha. Ely was glad she scored better than expected. Farhana was tearing. I thought she was sad becuz of her results but thank god, she was tearing cuz she was too happy....she scored better then her expectation...well done.
Some did not do as well as expected. Just remember guys, the path to success is not base on the numbers on your result slips. It is base on the right thing to do to proceed to the next step. Express, Normal Acad or Normal Tech, watever stream you are in, just giv your best in it and always think on the bright side. Things happen for a reason, so dun start regretting. I will always giv my full support to all of you.
Nabilah and Maisarah did great...they beat my PSLE score hahaha....well done. Gratz to all...today may be the last time I see you all...so in future, if you happen to see me outside school hahaha do say hi ok. You guys need any help or advice, you can look for me in MSN...my email is in my blog profile. All the best to all of you and hope to see ya around...

End of year dinner . . .
Yesterday, I was on leave. Had to go for my medical checkup in the morning at Raffles Hospital. On my way home, I got myself a novel from Popular. I took a nap till like 5pm when my colleague called me regarding the "End of Year Dinner". Dress up and my dad drove me to Yishun MRT where I'll meet my friends.
The dinner was held at Bottle Tree Village. It was a nice place. Make you feel closer to nature. We had seafood and the dinner was fun. Kept laughing with my friends sitting at the same table as me. I won myself a $40 Takashimaya voucher hahaha number "066" lucky number yesterday LOL. At the end of the dinner, my principal and HOD of IT was really sweet. They gave a short tribute talk to me as its my last few days in the school and I receive a farewell token from my HOD. Thanks a lot...
I sang my last song for all my friends. "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz was my choice for yesterday nite. Kinda emotional for me hahaha...its my very last performance for them. Thanks to all fellow West Grovians...students and teachers. You all made my 2 years stay in the school a memorable ones. Will upload pics of the dinner soon....

My Silkroad Online Character
I was sharing with some of my P6 boys the other day about the game I use to play. It is called Silkroad Online. Its a real-time RPG game. You create a character, train it, join guilds, upgrade your items, go for wars and many more things that you can do in the game. As for me, I took almost 7 months to train my char up to its maximum level and max up all his skills and upgrade all my items. I spend quite a sum of money on it and thats why I can max it up fast.
A piece of advice to all who wanna try out this game, do not waste money on it. Just play it for fun. Take your time to level your character up. Right now, my character is in Mercury server. His name is "Haldiras". I am a Level 90, full -farmed (Warrior 2 hander/Cleric) with a Level 85 +5 2 handed sword with full blues, crit 10.
Here are some screenshots of my char...
Me in my final set armor.....................Attacking with Sprint Assault..............Me in my Devil Wing Suit
Yesterday, went for a family chalet at Pasir Ris NTUC Chalet. It was really great. Reached there at around 2.30pm with my brother. Well they need big strong guys to help carry all the things hahaha. We had our late lunch and at around 4.30pm, my bro and my aunt started the BBQ fire. Well for me hahaha I kinda laze around waiting for people to bbq the stuff and I just ate them LOL...
I was hangin around when suddenly someone tap my shoulder LOL and to my surprise, it was one of my P6 girls...her family was having BBQ too. Wat a small world. At the later part of the evening, my cousins came with their kids. I had fun playing with them LOL. We played card games...bingo and many more hahahaa.
I was kinda bored at nite so me and my bro decide to take a walk at eHub. While walking, a fan blew my hair hahaha and it was a mess...damn fan. So I decide to drop by World of Sport and bought myself a cap. We had waffles at Waffle Factory and headed back to our chalet. At around 11.30pm, my cousin gave us a lift home. At home, watched some movies till late nite...well thats my Saturday.

Today is the last day of school for this year. Spend some time with my students in the lab. We had a mini farewell party jus now hahaha...Putra's mum was so nice to bake us a wonderful pie. For the P6 students, I will still see them on their grad nite and on the day they take PSLE results. For the rest of my students, kinda sad actually as I won't be seeing them again.
To all my students reading my blog, I wish all of you a great holiday. All the best in your studies. For the P6, enjoy your sec school life...its gonna be fun. Hopefully one day you guys be someone successful so that I can be proud to tell everyone that I taught this kid before hahaha....If you guys wanna drop by and say hi, just drop me an email ok...and if you guys see me outside hahaha do say HI...!
Lastly, I would like to say sorry for any worng things done or said to all my students over the 2 years I am in West Grove. Any advice that I gave, really hope that it helps. Hari Raya Celebration . . . Reflections
This year, hmmm I don't think I did a 100% preparation for Hari Raya. Just the normal necessary things (e.g getting a few pairs of Baju Kurung, giving my room a make over, green packets for the kids, etc...).
The best part of the celebration was "The Family Gathering"...I get to meet up and hang out with my cousins...had fun with my nieces and nephews...My fellow colleagues from West Grove Primary School came over to my house too...It was really fun hahaha...I am honoured to have them as my guests. To all teachers, " We should hang out more hahaha you guys are fun!".
My students did not came over to my place this year. Well maybe becuz its during their PSLE and everyone was busy with exams preparations. A few of them did call and ask if I am at home but sorry guys hahaha wrong timing...I was out. There's always next year ok LOL if my P6 students still remember me after going to sec school hahaha.
