What a screwed up interview . . . SIGH ! !
It was raining heavily last Friday morning. I had to drop by school to take my testimonial from my HOD...really nice of her to write me one. I was in school at 8.30am done preparing all my documents by 8.50am...and guess what?? The rain was still damn heavy and I really mean DAMN HEAVY...
Tried to call for a cab to pick me up but all the damn cab companies don't wanna answer my call hahaha...its like all the unlucky stuff happens to me at the same moment LOL. My interview was at 10.10am and I wanted to be there earlier. Finally got through to the cab operator on the line hahaha hearing her voice was like seeing angel from heaven LOL. The cab arrived at 9.30am and I was thinking,"Not so bad after all...".
Guess what...at 9.50am, I was still stucked in a heavy traffic jam at the PIE. Hmmm...I guess thats the end of my interview...I finally reached MOE HQ at 10.00am. Changing visitor pass, waiting for elevator and filling up forms took a while. I finally entered the interview room at 10.15am. I am still not settled down yet. The interviewers were great...friendly and the questions were relevant for me. It lasted for like 15 mins. I went off and took a bus home.
I was at home relaxing when the phone rang. It was 4.45pm. The admin personnel from MOE called. I was shocked. The interview outcome can't be out so fast. Guess what...its just another screw up of the day sigh...she said I gave them my Military IC instead of my pink IC. So she told me to fax over my pink IC asap cuz the interviewers are going thru my documents. It may sound fine but to me, all this small little details give an impression about myself.
I just hope that I made it through although the confidence level I have right now is close to ZERO hahaha...well who noes 1% of hope + all the luck my friends and students wished for me help in a way...

But I have a few favourites of my own. I really love Coldplay. Their latest song "Viva La Vida" was great. Me and my brothers do jam their songs once in a while. "Jie Kou", a classic by Jay Chou from his old album is my fav chinese song. From our local band Electrico, their song "Shadow" was superb.

I love playing music. I play guitar (acoustic, electric & bass guitars) and I have all of them at home...lol just a small collection. I play a bit of piano, just songs that I liked. I learn on my own, never went for any courses. Well, I am planning to go for piano and violin courses in the future hahaha. Wish me luck...!

As for snacks, a chocolate milk tea with pearl & a butter waffle at Gek Poh complete my tea break LOL.
